1. I understand that my candidacy is liable to be cancelled by Library in the event of this information being found incorrect or misleading.
2. I shall abide by the rules & regulations of the institute and shall maintain the discipline & decorum of the Library.
3. Library has the right to terminate me at any period of time without prior notice or information to me. I myself would be responsible for my termination in all cases.
4. Fee once paid is not refundable or transferable.
